Located on the ground floor of a Brussels building, this terrace had great potential… but lacked comfort and practicality for daily use. The owners, an active couple, decided to completely renovate it to make it a true extension of their living space.

They called on Avenir Rénovations Bruxelles, with a dedicated Project Manager to oversee all the work, from preparation to the installation of the new covering.

Step 1: Removal of the existing covering and preparation of the substrate

The old floor had irregularities and a slight slope.

A water drainage system was checked and adjusted if necessary

This step was essential to ensure a healthy and durable base.

Step 2: Installation of a new wood-effect floor

The clients opted for a light wood-effect outdoor covering that is both aesthetic and weather-resistant.

Step 3: Fit-out of an outdoor lounge area
