Can you tell us about your professional backgrounds?

Bernard: I spent over fifteen years in retail and management, holding leadership positions at the European level before refocusing on entrepreneurial projects with local impact.

Alizée: On my side, I worked for several years in the construction and renovation sector in the Liège region, where I developed a true sense of listening, detail, and customer satisfaction. This mix of experience and field awareness allows us today to approach our renovation activity with both a rigorous and deeply human approach.

Why did you choose to shift to a different field?

We wanted to undertake and invest together around a concrete, tangible, and meaningful project. After years spent in environments that were sometimes too theoretical or distant from the final result, we needed to reconnect with the direct link to realization, transformation, and visible customer satisfaction. Renovation allows us to combine this desire to build, improve people's daily lives, and give real value to our work.

Why did you choose renovation?

It is a sector where you can immediately see the impact of what you do. We transform habitats, improve comfort, and breathe new life into spaces. There is real gratification in supporting clients at every stage, from the project to delivery, and seeing their pride at the end of the project. It is also a field that is rapidly expanding and constantly evolving, with increasing expectations regarding quality, transparency, and sustainability. These are values that are particularly important to us.
