Can you tell us about your professional background?

I initially developed my professional experience in the retail sector before gradually moving towards project management.

This evolution allowed me to acquire solid skills in site coordination, project management, client relations, and overseeing various trades. These experiences also helped me better understand client expectations and the essential requirements for successfully completing a renovation project.

Why did you choose to redirect your career into a different field?

I wanted to give a new dimension to my professional journey by developing an activity where I could be more involved in supporting clients and in the overall management of their projects.

This reorientation represents a great opportunity for me to combine my hands-on experience, my organizational skills, and a more entrepreneurial vision of my profession.

What attracted you to the renovation sector?

Renovation is a dynamic, tangible sector that carries meaning. It allows for the transformation, improvement, and enhancement of real estate while addressing very concrete needs for individuals.

I particularly appreciate the diversity of projects, the human contact, and the satisfaction of seeing the results take shape. Each site is different, with its own challenges, constraints, and objectives. It is precisely this variety that makes the profession exciting.
