From September 26 to 28, 2025, Avenir Rénovations brought together its network for one of the highlights of the year: the annual convention, held in the exceptional setting of the Belambra club “Les Criques” in Hyères.
Franchisees from all over France, overseas territories, and Belgium gathered for three days filled with exchanges, emotions, and sharing of experiences. This event reflects the values of Avenir Rénovations: growing collectively, celebrating individual successes, and building an ambitious future.
Thanks to on-site accommodation, participants fully enjoyed the natural and friendly environment to forge connections, recharge their energy, and strengthen team spirit.
A refreshing atmosphere upon arrival
The welcome for guests set the tone: good humor, a summer vibe, and total immersion by the sea. The welcome cocktail took place on the terrace, overlooking the Mediterranean coves.
A Polynesian welcome, featuring a Tahitian dance performance and the distribution of flower necklaces, immersed participants in an exotic atmosphere. This moment of reunion allowed everyone to forge new bonds and enhance cohesion among franchisees in a relaxed and warm ambiance.
An awards evening marked by recognition
One of the highlights of this convention was undoubtedly the evening dedicated to the awards ceremony. The goal: to highlight franchisees who distinguished themselves through their professionalism, performance, and commitment.
Various awards were presented, including:
- Excellence Label,
- Special Awards,
- Best Salespeople and Project Managers,
- Best Franchisees Award.
This evening was also an opportunity to present the results of the year 2024, with strong growth figures:
- 73 million euros in revenue generated
- 87 million euros in sales volume,
- 43,877 qualified leads.
Avenir Rénovations opens up to Europe
Beyond economic performance, the convention also marked a new step in the development of the network: its international expansion.
Belgian franchisees were officially integrated into the network and warmly introduced to all participants. A major advancement that strengthens the European dimension of Avenir Rénovations.
In the same vein, the group announced the upcoming launch of a new entity in Spain, under the name “Avenir Reformas.” This strategic shift illustrates the network's ambition to expand well beyond French borders.
A festive evening by the water
To conclude the day beautifully, guests were invited to an evening with their feet in the sand. In a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, a cocktail dinner allowed everyone to enjoy a moment of relaxation and sharing.
The evening was enlivened by live performances from a singer and a guitarist, followed by an outdoor light show. Then, DJs Cut Killer and Lord Issa took over, transforming the beach into a dance floor until the early hours of the morning.
This festive moment reinforced team spirit and good humor, in an inspiring and friendly setting.
